Pourable, Rubberized, Pavement Crack Sealer
Description
Rubber Crack Filler is an emulsified asphalt containing rubber and selected fillers. It is designed for sealing cracks in asphalt pavements and is cold applied.
Uses
Rubber Crack Filler is a sealant for traffic bearing joints up to 6mm (1/4”) wide in cement, concrete and asphaltic pavements, concrete bridges and other structures.
Limitations
Rubber Crack Filler should not be used unless temperature is at least 10 deg C (50 deg F). It should not be used if there is a threat of rain.

Preparatory Work
Cracks should be routed, water blasted or air blown. Standing water should be air blown away or brushed away. Where cracks are very deep, it is best to pour in sand or a suitable type of backing leaving at least 1.5 cm (1/2 in) to be filled with crack sealer.
Application Directions
Stir thoroughly before using. Rubber Crack Filler can be applied with a spouted pouring can or with a pump and wand applicator. If cracks are not completely full after drying, refill a second time. Sprinkle sand to prevent tracking. Sand is not required if there is not traffic until the material is dry. Clean up with water or mineral spirits.
Storage and Handling
Do not freeze. Store in closed containers.
